Ingredients:


  • 1 bowl of mixed green salad.
  • 1/2 large tomato, cut into pieces.
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, de-cored & sliced.
  • 1 cup of mixed berries (for today's salad, we used blackberries & raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons of organic poppyseed dressing.

Instructions:



  1. Add mixed greens, avocado, tomato & berries into a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour dressing on top.
  3. Enjoy Healthy Dinner!
