Ingredients:
- 1 bowl of mixed green salad.
- 1/2 large tomato, cut into pieces.
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, de-cored & sliced.
- 1 cup of mixed berries (for today's salad, we used blackberries & raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons of organic poppyseed dressing.
Instructions:
- Add mixed greens, avocado, tomato & berries into a mixing bowl.
- Pour dressing on top.
- Enjoy Healthy Dinner!
