Ingredients:
- 3 cups of sliced zucchini.
- 2 cups of cooked organic chicken breast, sliced. (Chicken Slicing Scissors)
- 1 tea spoon of garlic powder.
- 1 tea spoon of onion powder.
- 1 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- Olive oil cooking spray.
- 1 pinch of sea salt.
- 1 pinch of fresh ground black pepper.
- 1 pinch of dry thyme.
- 1 pinch of dry basil.
- 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven at 350 F.
- Meantime, grease baking pan with Olive Oil Cooking Spray. (Olive Oil Cooking Spray)
- Heat frying pan on high over stove top, & add one tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add garlic & onion powder, mix with spatula, reduce heat to med-high & add zucchini slices.
- Reduce heat to medium, & cook for another five minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add one to two table spoons of water, stir slightly, & let simmer for about two more minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in chicken & cook for another two minutes.
- Stir in chicken & cook for another two minutes.
- Transfer content into the greased baking pan. Evenly spread Parmesan on top.
- Bake for five minutes, until cheese is melted.
