Healthy Chicken, Zucchini and Parmesan Melt Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of sliced zucchini.
  • 2 cups of cooked organic chicken breast, sliced. (Chicken Slicing Scissors)
  • 1 tea spoon of garlic powder.
  • 1 tea spoon of onion powder.
  • 1 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Olive oil cooking spray.
  • 1 pinch of sea salt.
  • 1 pinch of fresh ground black pepper.
  • 1 pinch of dry thyme.
  • 1 pinch of dry basil.
  • 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven at 350 F.
  2. Meantime, grease baking pan with Olive Oil Cooking Spray. (Olive Oil Cooking Spray)
  3. Heat frying pan on high over stove top, & add one tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Add garlic & onion powder, mix with spatula, reduce heat to med-high & add zucchini slices.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, & cook for another five minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Add one to two table spoons of water, stir slightly, & let simmer for about two more minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in chicken & cook for another two minutes.
  8. Stir in chicken & cook for another two minutes.
  9. Transfer content into the greased baking pan. Evenly spread Parmesan on top.
  10. Bake for five minutes, until cheese is melted.
  11. Enjoy Healthy Dinner!
